Bladder 11 Location

• Bladder 11 is located 1.5 cun lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of the 1^st thoracic vertebra (T1).

Bladder 11 Needling

• To needle Bladder 11, use an oblique (45 degrees) insertion towards the midline, to a depth of 0.5 cun.

• To strengthen the Bones in cases of Bony Bi.
• To expel Wind in cases of Wind Bi.
